1. Make sure you have registered your child via online registration or in person.
2. Complete the form below.
3. You will be emailed a link to your invoice. Please review your invoice to validate that all charges are correct.
4. Make your payment via PayPal. It is not necessary to have a paypal account.
5. Note - There is a $5 transaction fee for using this service.
